Here's my delicious and easy to prepare crispy salmon. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Procedure:
- Pat your salmon with paper towel to make sure it is dry.
- With a sharp knife and the skin facing upwards, pinch the steaks, and gently score the skin of the salmon.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat your non-stick pan with low medium fire and put olive oil.
- Put the salmon, skin side down.
- After few minute minutes, when you notice that almost 3/4 of the salmon meat is cooked, carefully lift the fish with a spatula to see how the skin is browning and almost crisp. Turn the fish over.
- Cook the meat side for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Gently turn the fish over. Switch off the heat and let the skin cook again for a minute.
- Remove salmon and place on a paper towel.
- Serve and enjoy.
