Crispy Egg Paratha

Just out of curiosity I've tried this new recipe which I really find it so easy and worth trying. =D
This is an Indian recipe with a little twist.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup flour + 1/2 cup flour for rolling
  • 1/2 cup water (Use as needed)
  • Pinch of salt
  • oil
  • butter
  • 2 eggs (scrambled)
Procedure:
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  2. Add water. Mix well until it forms to soft dough (Adjust the water as needed).
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly greased surface.Put a teaspoon of oil in the dough and knead again. The dough should be very smooth and soft.
  4. Let the dough rest for at least ten minutes.
  5. Heat the skillet on medium high.
  6. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts. Roll the dough into about 3 inch diameter circles.
  7. Roll the dough in dry flour. Press it a little and start rolling on a clean surface to about 6 inches in diameter.
  8. Place the Paratha over the skillet. When you see the color change and the paratha will puff in different places. Turn the paratha over.
  9. Brush butter and egg on top (one side) of the paratha.
  10. Let it cook for a minute.
  11. Flip and turn again the paratha.
  12. Press with the spatula making sure the paratha is golden-brown on both sides.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
