Nothing to say…. This is just my husband’s favorite dish. =D
Ingredients:
- ½ KG Pusit (squid)
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 pieces Tomatoes chopped
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp. cooking oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedure:
- Pull out head, tentacles, innards and transparent ribs from the body of the squid.
- Wash and drain bodies and tentacles.
- Cut Squid in about 1 inch in size. Set aside.
- Sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes in hot oil.
- Add drained squids and vinegar, simmer until the juices evaporates (about 10 minutes).
- Add water and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
