It was Thursday then and this dish was supposed to be in preparation for my brother's visit, thus, unfortunately he didn't make it to come. Ok, then I just proceeded in cooking for my husband =D

Ingredients:
- 1 Kg Beef Spareribs
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 5 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 4 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 chilli minced
- 2 cups water
Procedure:
- Put ingredients all together in a casserole.
- Cover and let it simmer with medium high heat for 30-45 minutes.
- Remove the cover and let simmer for another 15-20 minutes or until the liquid had evaporated and only the natural oil remains.
- Best serve with vinegar and chilli. Enjoy!
