Just out of curiosity I've tried this new recipe which I really find it so easy and worth trying. =D

Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour + 1/2 cup flour for rolling
- 1/2 cup water (Use as needed)
- Pinch of salt
- oil
- butter
- 2 eggs (scrambled)
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Add water. Mix well until it forms to soft dough (Adjust the water as needed).
- Knead the dough on a lightly greased surface.Put a teaspoon of oil in the dough and knead again. The dough should be very smooth and soft.
- Let the dough rest for at least ten minutes.
- Heat the skillet on medium high.
- Divide the dough into 5 equal parts. Roll the dough into about 3 inch diameter circles.
- Roll the dough in dry flour. Press it a little and start rolling on a clean surface to about 6 inches in diameter.
- Place the Paratha over the skillet. When you see the color change and the paratha will puff in different places. Turn the paratha over.
- Brush butter and egg on top (one side) of the paratha.
- Let it cook for a minute.
- Flip and turn again the paratha.
- Press with the spatula making sure the paratha is golden-brown on both sides.
- Serve and enjoy!
Yummy... best goes with laban up perhaps? :)
