Crispy fried mushroom is an easy and healthy option for a snack. Most of the ingredients are all available in my kitchen so everything else is just easy. So, here's how it goes.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of whole button mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 2 eggs - scrambled
- breadcrumbs / panko
- pinch of salt and pepper
Procedure:
- Put together scrambled eggs, salt, pepper and flour. Mix all together until smooth batter has formed.
- Dip mushrooms into the batter and coat evenly. Allow excess batter to drip off.
- Roll the mushrooms in breadcrumbs until coated thoroughly. Repeat until all mushrooms are coated.
- Heat deep fryer. Deep fry mushrooms in batches until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve and enjoy!
