I was so happy when I learned how to make yeast dough just recently. I can make so many bread and experiment with different styles. What I personally like about it is that I can make use of our left-over dishes to stuff bread or to put on top of pizza =D

Yes, it indeed tasted very good specially because I made my adobo a bit spicy.

***Basic Pizza Dough***
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for bowl and brushing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled), plus more for work surface
- 1 cup warm water
Procedure:
- Pour 1 cup warm water into a large bowl. Sprinkle with yeast and let stand until foamy, about 10 minutes.
- Whisk sugar, oil, and salt into yeast mixture.
- Add flour and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Transfer dough to an oiled bowl and brush top with oil.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place until dough has doubled in bulk.
- Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and gently knead 1 or 2 times before using.
Pizza Topping Ingredients:
- Shredded Chicken Adobo
- Green Bell Pepper - cut in strips
- Sliced mushrooms
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Pizza sauce / Tomato Paste
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedure:
- Roll out your dough according to the thickness and shape you want (preferably 1/2 inch thick - round, square or rectangle).
- Lightly brush with oil the dough.
- Brush some pizza sauce or tomato paste.
- And put shredded chicken adobo, bell pepper and mushroom alternatively.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes in 200 deg. cel. or until the pizza crust is just perfectly baked.
- Serve and enjoy!
